The Mirage was Wonderful. We had reserved two standard rooms for myself, my husband, mother-in-law and our two children. Upon our arrival, was told there had been a mixup on the reservations. But to our suprise and without request, the Mirage had held two Penthouse suites for us. Wonderful, beautiful suites, with an amazing view. We stayed up most the night just looking at the lights. We could also see down into the dolphin exibit from our rooms. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming, and the robes and slippers were to die for. The kids loved the pool area and the live rainforest was amazing. My husband and I can't wait to go back alone, and trust me....we will ask for the same room.

We arrived very early in the morning after a late flight in. We were told that our our Deluxe Room that we had reserved was not available so at no extra charge we were upgraded to a Tower Suite. The pool was exceptional but it gets crowded fast. All of the staff were very polite and very courteous at all times. Great service by the cocktail servers while were were playing the slots. The hotel is in a great location and very accessible by foot to other attractions along the strip. I will be making a return trip to the Mirage!

I was pleased with the resort. The sportsbook has an awesome board, however, the setup for viewing the televisions for baseball games wasn't too great. You do have to walk a ways from the front desk to the room. The tropical setting by the pool is great. I would use this resort again when going back.

Other than the fact that the bathroom was outdated (needed brighter lighting), we were very satisfied with the hotel. The help was courteous and the room was kept very clean and neat. Checking in went very fast and checking out was evern faster. The Mirage is in a good location and you can get anywhere by walking, trams and the monorail. All in all had a great time.

Overall the Hotel is beyond words. We were a bit disappointed that even though our room had been fully paid for months in advance that upon arrival they did not have the room we reserved available. We were offered the opportunity to have that room the next day but opted not to change rooms due to the inconvenience of moving all our stuff to another room.

the hotel charged extra for our baby daughter to stay but did not bother to provide a cot. the room was dingy and had a musty, unclean smell. when asked to change to another room we were told by the frontdesk that as a courtesy they would do it but "in future" we'd have to book in advance. the next room was considered a non smoker room but had a smoky smell. the whole hotel in general is rather rundown and i'd rather spend a few dollars more and stay in a better place than the mirage

I have stayed at the Mirage several times over about 15 years. I had not been there for nearly 5 years this time. I was disappointed. It seems they have lost their tropical feel. Carpet was dingy and uniforms for employees were not crisp and colorfull as I remember. It seemed like they didn't know exactly what they want to be any more. Our room was fine but the birds had found the windows and they were very dirty. The light in the bathroom over the vanity was burned out and made it difficult for 4 gals to get ready to go out. I am still pleased with the location and while visiting other hotels, I didn't find any where else I would want to stay. The pool is beautiful as ever. Just spruce it up, add some color and get back to the tropics.

Everything was wonderful! The room was great, as was the service. Our bed was turned down at night, an orchid was placed on the bed, and chocolates left at the bedside! Expect a long walk through the casino to get to the guest elevators. That said,I'd stay here again without a doubt! Loved it!
