Located on Dulles International Airport property, this hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service, every 15 minutes from early morning until midnight. Recreational amenities include two lap pools, both indoor and outdoor, and a children’s pool and spa tub. The fitness center has three treadmills, three exercycles, two stair machines, two cross-country ski machines, and free weights. On the grounds behind the hotel, guests can play softball, volleyball, tennis, and basketball. The 24-hour business center has a fax machine, copier, and computer with high-speed Internet access (surcharge). Wireless Internet access (surcharge) is available in some public areas. Upon check-in, guests can request Marriott’s Wired for Business service, with high-speed Internet access, and unlimited local and domestic long-distance calls for a daily fee.

This airport hotel has two lap pools, indoor and outdoor, and a children’s pool and spa tub. The fitness center includes three treadmills, three exercycles, two stair machines, two cross-country ski machines, and free weights. On the grounds behind the hotel, guests can play softball, volleyball, tennis, and basketball. A putting green is located off the hotel’s patio. Five golf courses are within 10 miles of the hotel--the nearest is Reston National, an 18-hole, semi-private course six miles east. Woody’s Golf Range is nine miles away and has a driving range, putt-putt course, and basketball court. Features
What to expect: Located on Dulles International Airport property, this three-story hotel is a half-mile from the terminals. A TV in the lobby monitors flight arrivals and departures. Flight attendants and pilots are frequent guests, as are corporate travelers, government contractors, and tour groups.
Amenity highlights: Every summer in the courtyard, the hotel opens its two poolside tiki bars, allowing guests to sunbathe with tropical drinks in hand. Adults can swim in the lap pool, while a few feet away little ones can splash in the children’s pool. The indoor lap pool and spa tub are enclosed in an atrium that overlooks the courtyard. On the grounds behind the hotel, guests can play softball, volleyball, tennis, and basketball.
Insider tip: Some tour groups in the hotel are visiting the vineyards of Northern Virginia. A number of the vineyards are 20 miles west near Middleburg, a quaint village established in the 18th century.
Oakleaf - Traditional American fare such as burgers, salads, and steaks. Menus and buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lobby Lounge - Homemade potato chips and spring rolls stuffed with black beans and andouille sausage are two of the menu choices in this casual, sunken pub in the lobby. Lunch and dinner. Tiki bars - The two tiki bars next to the outdoor lap pool are open during summer. Once a week, there’s a tropical-themed buffet.

| decent average Mariott hotel, where you know what you get. Nice, large pool and good food. Hotel seems a little bit shabby and old-fashioned with very long hallways, but overall OK. Would stay there again. Good with kids.

| Location, location, location -- with its complimentary shuttle and location five minutes from Dulles, this hotel is perfect for those with wee hour departures from that airport. Still, the hotel is definitely institutional in feel and the rooms are not large and hallways were dingy and cluttered with room service trays. Ultra convenient for Dulles, otherwise not a cozy corner.

| I picked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. I had an early morning flight and didn't fancy having to get up at 4am to make it. The hotel did not let me down - for a very good rate I was given a high quality of service. My only complaint would be that the pool needed a good skimming (some leaves, etc had got in somehow). It honestly seemed that people went out of their way for me on several occasions. The hotel is highly recommended.

| Easy way to catch an early flight ... dropped of rental car. Rental car shuttle goes by the hotel and is willing to drop you there. Check-in and room service were good. Only complaint was the internet service being repaired ... working again next morning.

| This was my first stay at Dulles. The hotel is well located for driving in many directions. Its service is very typical Marriott and I enjoyed it completely.

| We were in transit having to stay a night en-route to Atalanta from England. The meal in the hotel bar was outstanding and good value. The room very comfortable. Only criticism was the shuttle took us to International arrivals and simply dropped us off yet we obviously needed to get to domestic departures. We were intially told the shuttle only goes to arrivals to pick people up.?? What sort of shuttle servcie is that??

| You can catch a short shuttle ride to and from the airport which eliminates the worries of getting caught in traffic and missing your flight. You can also pay to leave your car there while you're gone.
