| Hotel is a decent place with clean rooms and free wireless access is a good plus. At the time we were staying there, the front lobby had some sort of construction going on. Ice machine near our room was not working, and no alternate machine was immediately evident.

| We had a nice time here. The restaurant had good service and food. We had left a jacket in our room when we checked out and it was returned to us. I was really impressed by that.

| Maintenance was poor. The faceplate on the temp control fell off; the outside air knob was missing; wallpaper was peeling in several places.

| Quiet and close to airport for late night flights in and very early morning flights out. No evidence of Casino atmosphere. Great breakfast and a place to meet for a reasonable conversation.

| Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were as scheduled through Expedia. No problems at all, and that was just what we needed after traveling for 2 weeks.

| I just returned home from my stay at the Best Western ( Airport ) Hotel in Reno- What a nice,nice hotel! We stayed in room 128 and had a great view of the courtyard and pool. The hotel was very comfortable and well designed the lobby was very nice.

| We were pleased with our stay at your hotel. The only dissapointments we had were some noisy neighbors and Tuesday morning the coffe in the lounge was not kept filled. My husband returned numerous times to get coffee and the pot was always empty.

| The clerk wrote the incorrect room number on the key card envelope. This caused us to try to get into some other guest's room. We had to go back downstairs to get it figured out. The tub and comode barely drain. If housecleaning staff had washed the tub they would have noticed trhat it di not drain. If they had cleaned and flushed the comode, they would have seen that it did not drain properly. Basically, we used the room to sleep and checked out.

| Hotel OK for an overnight stay. The breakfast at the hotel coffee shop had a lot to be desired. Very slow service, food cold when it arrived. Go somewhere else for breakfast.
