| Service at this hotel was very poor. Upon arrival the check-in attendant seemed very confused and was distracting the more helpful attendant he was working with. I had booked my first night with a wedding party and then the two next nights through expedia. The more helpful attendant said to simply check-out and check-in again after the first night to ensure we would get the same room for the next two nights. When I did this, the confused attendant couldn't grasp that we had already stayed one night and simply wanted to check-in for the same room. He tried to charge me again for a reservation I had already paid for through expedia. In addition to this inconvenience, the room cards stopped working each day that we stayed at the hotel, causing us to have to wait in line to get a new one each time we left our room. Our experience was overall very unsatisfying due to these circumstances.

| It was typical of a 2 - 2 1/2 star hotel. Nothing outstanding. All three rooms we had and some guests down the hall all had issues with their room cards not working. Not sure what was going on, but it was frustrating having to go back to the front desk to get into the room.
