The carpet was filthy. The sitting area furniture was filthy. The jacuzzi had dirty, white, slime sitting on the top of the water. At the "breakfast," I actually saw housekeeping take the huge pile of Fruit Loops that was on the counter and slide it into pitchers and leave it on the counter for guests to eat.

A hotel as nice as this one should not be charging additional fees for the high speed internet. The hotdog place across the street even offers free wireless. What's with that?? Otherwise it's a great place to stay and good value.

Hotel and room condition was good, although suite was rather small and undecorated. Our principle complaint was with housekeeping - it appeared to be a policy that no washclothes were provided except on request each day. Also, housekeeping would not revisit our room later in the day if we had a don't disturb card on the door when they came by. Don't expect any extras, like shuttle service.

I stayed at a king suite room and felt very statistied with the separate room for kids. Lots of information available to travel around local area. Great services too received from the front desk too!. Hope they can offer free coffee during continental breakfast.

Our family of 5 stayed in a kitchenette suite and brought planned meals for lunches and dinners. We not only saved money, we ate healthier, and enjoyed the rest time away from the crowds. The very nice continental breakfast helped us as well. This saved our money for treats at the parks. Pool looked a little murkey, and our door was ajar after maid's visit. Otherwise, nice hotel for families on a budget.

The beds were the most uncomfortable I have slept on in a while. We asked to be put in a room where it would be a little quieter and I woken up repeatedly each night by car alarms, people, and various other noises. The location of the hotel was not in a "safe" area of town I felt and when I walked to Disneyland (which was not a short walk) I did not feel safe when I was near to the hotel, I felt more safe near Disneyland. I will not be returning.

The hotel was beautiful, and comfortable. There was a thermostat in our room so the temperature was just right. The pool was kind of small. The continental breakfast was great. The Disneyland shuttle picked us up very close.
