| The hotel was great. We got there before 11 and they let us check in which was great. Our room didn't have a fridge so they moved us to another room with in five minutes. My dughter left her shoes in the other room and when we called they brought them right away. The only down fall was we odered room service and I had to go pick it up because the server was alone. I was a little bothered by this because there was no one in the hotel restaurant eating. The people at the front desk were really nice during the day. It was great that they had a washer and dryer down stairs because we had been on vacation for six days before we got there and needed to wash our clothes. Over all great hotel!

| One of the best deals in the neighborhood. Although on the outskirts, it's roughly 15 minutes from the San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, or downtown San Diego. It's in a friendly suburban neighborhood and well worth the money.

| We were so pleased with the Hotel of Rancho Bernardo. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's very peaceful and quiet and Rancho Bernardo is a beautiful area. It was a short drive to Sea World, the beach at Del Mar, and the city of San Diego - great value for the price. Highly recommended.

| The hotel lost our reservation when we checked in and said they were full for the night, then they said they had a room available. Called Expedia to make sure we wouldn't get charged for the room since we had already paid for our trip through Expedia. The hotel front staff were not very helpful, but did credit us our movie charge since our movie just stopped while we were watching it. The room was okay, but there were stains on the carpet and food left over in the fridge that previous occupants left behind. Also, internet connection did not work in our room.

| This is a terrific hotel. It's in a quiet area overlooking a pond and gardens. Starbucks, a supermarket, video store and Kinkos are are within a 7 minute walk. I walked around here every night and felt totally safe. Service is outstanding also with a great price to be competitive. I will come back here again! You should too

| Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Very easy to locate off the 15 hwy in Ranch Bernardo off the main street. Very nice looking from the outside and pleasnatly surprised at how nice the interior was in the lobby, pool area and parking lot. Rooms were large and clean, gym was FULLY equiped, Cafe was nice, pool was large and clean and the area just beyond the lobby includes (2) TV's and VERY comfortable sofa's. There is also a treat just outside of pool doors, a large pond with turtles and fish and a small waterfall. This pond includes a park like area with grass and trees, picnic benches/tables and much shade. The area 1/4 mile from the hotel includes a Vons market, Subway & Baja Fresh restaurants and many stores to do some shopping. There is also a large chrch wihin 200 feet of hotel for Sunday church services. Highly recommend!!!

| We checked into the hotel very late and were told that nothing on the fourth floor was available. That was fine, they gave us a third floor room. The room was nice, but the front door is too close to the bathroom door, and since it opens inward, it is very hard to get the luggage into the room as there is no room between the door opening and the wall. The room was nice, had a big bed and the mattress was very comfortable. The T.V. was way to far from the bed, so my wife and I had to move the dresser from the far corner of the room to a spot near the bed. There is a big lazyboy type chair in the room to sit on, only you wouldn't want to sit in it. It had foriegn substances on it, looked a little like dryed lotion.... That chair was the one closest to the TV that offered the adult interest movies... If I have enough room, I'll also tell you, we bring our own blankets and pillows with us and the maid, instead of putting our stuff on the bed when she made it, folded it and put it on the floor. That was nice of her. Breakfast was good
