| If planning on attending a Chiefs of Royals games please look at other options before choosing this hotel. They are very rude at the front desk and the very unorginized when it came to check in. The room is average at best.

| This is a good hotel, if you are going to a football or baseball game. Most of the employees at this hotal are rude but there are a few gems that are very nice and helpful. Rooms are mostly clean didn't see any bugs, the beds where hard. The carpets thru out the hotel were in need of cleaning of stains and spots

| Almost right on top of the ballpark and they have the added convenience of a shuttle to and from baseball games. The restaurant was also pretty good with very good service.

| Great location for Royals & Chiefs games. Takes about 10 minutes to walk to stadiums. Hotel is older, but in good condition. Only complaint this trip was no maid service on one of our days.

| It's a rather large hotel, but it's in poor condition. This hotel probably would have been a great place to be 25 years ago, but little improvements seem to have been made since then. The gym has 2 nice eliptical trainers (new) and 2 recumbant bikes. Several cables on the weight machines were broken and there were no free weights. The excercise room smelled musty and there were no towels there. The attached bar/restaurant has decent food, but the service was relatively slow even though there were 3 customers in there. Overall, it wasn't worth the price I paid.

| For Kansas City Chiefs games, this hotel is in a good location. The hotel itself looks great when you first walk in. The upper level rooms are probably fine, but DO NOT ask for the 1st floor. Even if you are a smoker (that is a smoking floor), the walls are so paper thin, it's impossible to sleep when you have rowdy neighbors.

| I stayed over when the Cardinals played the Royals and my stay wasnt really that great. I had lost my cameras and had to go through a whole system just to get them back from the cleaning department. Nice man returned them to me. We were locked out of our room everyday, had to have maintance come up to our room three times because the rooms were over 85 degrees and the air didnt work, had spider webs in our rooms, and had problems getting rooms services. However, the resturants were friendly and helped when my daughter was sick with take out food. Excellent food. Also provided more towels for indoor pool area when needed. I would consider staying again if better but highly unlikely.
