| Our daughter just moved out to Fort Smith and we needed to see her. We needed a hotel due to her tight living quarters. After seaching and searching and actually reading the reviews,I picked The Ramada. Two people had signed in and one of two loved it and the other slammed it! Well I loved it also. The front desk staff was excellant, the room service was outstanding. Since it was about 102 degrees one of the days that beautiful pool came in ever so handy. Another selling point is the great continental breakfast. It's not just your usual donuts and coffee. its a real breakfast of your choice in their very own restaurant. The waitress was very sweet to both my husband and myself and my two grandchildren! Also after taking a ride around town Ramada looked to be the cleanest and most kept up hotel! I WILL STAY AT THE RAMADA AGAIN AND AGAIN!

| The cleaning staff try to keep the rooms clean but they don't have much to work with. The tiles are coming off the bathroom walls. The sheet had Kool-Aide stains. The grout between the tiles are stained grossly. The bottom of the tub has perminate stains from the browm rubber mat they must have used in the past. The treadmill just needed the belt tightened and it would have worked but they said they were waiting on a new one. The bow flex was broken. They said they were waiting on a new one of those too. One machine worked in there so called exercise room and it is badly worn. They have different buildings so to go to breakfast you have to go outside next to some low income looking apartment buildings to get to the main building to do anything. There is a door at each end of the rooms. One for the hall inside that particular building and the other goes outside. House keeping help were really good to us. And once you figured out that you had to go to the other building to the front desk to get a breakfast voucher then go back around to the resteraunt. The breakfasts were pretty good.
