| Beds were "very" uncomfortable, housekeeper that was assigned to our room was "extremely" rude, pool and hot tub were dirty and rusty. Even though we were not impressed with the hotel itself the manager and desk staff were very helpful with places to go in Wisconsin and very pleasant. Outside of hotel seemed to be kept up well.
