This 410-room resort, five miles from downtown Lexington and 7.5 miles from Keeneland Race Course, is surrounded by the rolling green meadows of Kentucky’s fabled horse farms. Lexington’s Blue Grass Airport is nine miles away, and complimentary transportation is available from morning until late night. Among the many resort amenities is the Rees Jones-designed 18-hole golf course with putting green and pro shop. Also on site are horseshoe pits, lighted outdoor tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, interconnected indoor/seasonal outdoor swimming pools, and a fitness room with separate saunas for men and women. Limited massage services (surcharge) are available by appointment in a private treatment room. Children (ages 4–16) can register in advance for the Kid’s Club, which offers board games, crafts, and other activities Friday evening through Saturday afternoon. Two fine dining restaurants include one housed in a Southern plantation-style mansion and specializing in French cuisine, and a lobby-level steak house. Other dining options include a casual grill with regional fare, and seasonal poolside and fairway venues. The lobby lounge offers a bar menu as well as cocktails, and a Starbucks kiosk provides specialty coffee drinks. Approximately 13,000 square feet of meeting space includes exhibit areas, banquet rooms, and a grand ballroom. The business center offers computers, printers, and high-speed Internet access (surcharge); wireless Internet access (surcharge) is provided in the lobby and ballroom. Complimentary self parking and valet parking (surcharge) are available.

| Everthing in my room was great. It was clean and comfortable. Very strange "temper pedic" mattress that I did not like. In addition, the one store in the lobby was incoveniently closed from noon until 5:00 pm.
