| While I was not unhappy with the hotel, it seemed to hit the mark in every aspect except the bed. To me that is the most important feature. Everything else however was just fine. If you are staying for an extended stay, I might recommend some place with a little more comfort with regards to the bed. SHort term the staff was great, hotel very clean and over all no worries.

| I was very impressed with the size of the room for an inexpensive airport hotel. The shuttle left for the airport right on time.

| I travel often. Since I have children, I like to stay in suite hotels with free breakfast. This hotel's suite was more like a regular size room with a partial wall separation creating the "suite". The breakfast was mediocre as well. The orange juice was barely tinted orange. The apple juice was plain water. The cranberry juice was good. The coffee, which was by the front desk, had no creamer. You had to go to the buffet and get some milk! The Amerisuites are known for their "make your own waffles". There was no batter when I arrived. Upon request batter was provided. The eggs were not real eggs. I do not know what they were, but eggs are what they were NOT! The buffet area was lacking in cleanliness, although they had a score posted of 90. The man two doors down and across the hall had a porn movie turned up so loudly that we could hear it in our rooms. My youngest repeated the "sounds" while my oldest commented on the "dirty" movie sounds. The gym consisted of two treadmills. The outdoor pool was nice and had fluffy clean towels. The room contained the standard amenities, but my kids commented that there was nowhere to eat (unless you used the computer desk or the coffee table) even though there was a small refridgerator and microwave. The room was average at best. Sorry!

| I was really impressed with the hotel. My kids loved the indoor pool. The room was very roomy. The location was great within driving distance for shopping and food.

| Even thought there was a mix up with expedias reservation they got me into a room and took care of it, rather than leave me stranded. rooms are huge and clean for a great price. Great for families. even have free airport parking at the hotel.

| I've done alot of traveling & don't care to spend a ton of money for a room that I won't spend much time in. This hotel was a good value for the money spent in relationship to the time spent in the hotel.

| I found this hotel clean, comfortable and accomodating. The staff was helpful and friendly. I found that having a suite layout i.e. separate couch, desk and kitchenette, made the room much more functional for the business half of my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who want a good balance of comfort and value. I even brought my dog and he liked the hotel too!

| I was pleased with the overall service and location. Only problem was with the TV in room 417; so get a different room. I hope to re-visit and use this hotel again!

| The hotel staff was helpful and very polite. The free breakfast was pretty good and there was plenty. The room was pretty comfortable, except for the bathroom. It was very small, and it was pretty clean, but I have been in cleaner. Overall, I was satisfied.
