They allowed us a VERY early check in and were very accomodating to us. I have stayed here several times and would do so again. Their continental breakfast is very well stocked and replinished each morning.

Staff has always been very friendly, the room has always been clean and in good condition. All rooms have a nice view of downtown Scottsdale. I've stayed there 4-5 times and never had a problem sleeping in, no excessive noise in the mornings.

OK, this isn't a fancy place at all, my sink was dripping and the shower handle was broken. But, for the price and location to old town, great place. If I were to return during the high season and couldn't get a deal at a better hotel, I would stay here again.

The only problem that we encountered was that the fire alarm went off at 3:30am. All the guests evacuated the building. There was no communication from the night staff regarding what was happening or even when it was safe to return to the building. After the fire department arrived and the alarms stopped, we assumed it was OK to return to our room. There was no explanation ever given.

The hotel rooms were small, but very clean and comfortable. It was a little suite. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. There were eggs, waffles, fruit, all sorts of bread, and more. The pool area was a little skimpy and could use a new coat of paint, but it served it's purpose in the Phoenix heat. Highly recommend this hotel to travelers who want a convenient location, friendly staff, comfy rooms, and free breakfast!

we stayed here for nine days and we were extremely happy. The staff was friendly and happy, our room was cleaned well every day, the pool was wonderful on those 115 degree days. On our way to out of town our car broke down and I didn't know anyone in the Phoenix area so I called the hotel and the staff called us a cab. She went out of her way to help us, even after we checked out of the hotel. Location was great and the price was wonderful. I am looking forward to another stay.

This hotel has easy access to the highway and it's walking distance to great shopping. The room was large and comfortable with thick towels and other amenities. Breakfast was as billed...bountiful! I would return to this location in a second.
