| The hotel is very well appointed. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Notably, the bathroom was especially large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was some trouble with the air conditioning which was hard to regulate, but we were eventually able to get comfortable.

| The Fairmont met our expectations for service and comfort. The bed was among the best we've ever had outside our own home. The shower, however, was hard to turn on and off, and suffered from poor ventilation. As a result, there was a bit of black mold in the grout lines. Also, a hand-held shower option would have been nice. We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and attentive. A few glitches in food prep were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would come back to the Fairmont. It is easy to walk to any number of attractions from the property and cabs are readily available.

| Staying directly in the city was nice, but this hotel was just a little "too much" for the casual day that we had planned. For the casual traveler I would recommend something farther from the city, and then paying for daily parking in one of the many available parking lots.

| The hotel was up to my hotel "snob" expectations. Our room was beautiful! With a corner room, we had a great view. The bed and pillows were divine! Had a bit of trouble getting a rollaway bed for my nephew but overall our stay was pleasant.

| We loved staying at the Fairmont because it was close, within walking distance or near the "L", to the activities we desired. The only negative thing was, there was no coffee pot in the room. However, a continental breakfast was available in the hotel lobby for a reasonable charge. The room was large with many amenities, a big bathroom with tub and separate shower as well as a vanity with seat outside the bathroom but private from the rest of the room. I highly recommend the Fairmont Hotel.
