| Front Desk very friendly and helpful. The maid they sent to our room was very friendly and helpful. However the room was very dirty. When we turned down the sheets, there was hair in the bed, the bathroom counter was dirty with smeared toothpaste. Curtains were dingy and dirty. I don't dare think about what was on the floor. We actually ended up checking out and going somewhere else.

| The people at the front desk are very nice but the rest of the staff don't know anything and are not helpful at all. The beds are horrible to sleep in and the rooms are not clean. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

| Staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. Lobby area is nice. Work out facility had broken equipement. Room on first floor was so musty, the a/c couldn't handle it and there was a de-humidifier (free-standing) in the room. Had requested a non-smoking room. The room we had - when you took a shower - you could smell the nicotine oozing out of the walls. We were visiting Graceland and should have paid more money to be closer.

| Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to hear jet planes taking off overhead all night. This hotel sits directly in the flight path of the Federal Express runway, so flights taking off all night...sounded like the wheels were just over the roof...very loud. Also the hotel was not clean...grimy elevators, dirty windows, grubby walls. Poor paint job with paint splattered on fixtures, door handles, etc. Could not believe this was rated a three star hotel.

| Surrounded by bars and strip joints, the restaurant is smokey and no kids menu. Don't stay here!
