| The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant attached to the hotel, but not much else in the neighborhood other than diners.

| The hotel staff was extremely rude, our room was wet from the air conditioner and smelled like mildew, and it took 3 times for them to give us a key that worked to get into our room. Overall, not a good experience. On the other hand, the location of the hotel was great.

| We really enjoyed this hotel. Check in time was listed for 3 pm, so when we arrived at 9 am, we just asked them to hold our luggage. They did so, and also informed us that our room would be ready for check-in at 10:30. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location is great, about 3 blocks away from Times Square, and within walking distance of everything! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

| Very centrally located, easy walking distance to shows, shopping.... Wonderful to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Let's you keep your leftovers for future meals!

| It is a great location and the service was good and friendly staff. We were happy the hotel kept our bags after we checked out, so we didn't have to carry them all day while we were sightseeing. We didn't make it to any Broadway shows but we could have very easily because of the location!

| while the room was small for 4 people we found we were very close to our broadway shows and time square..since you do alot of walking anyway it was great to be close to a few things.

| The location is perfect, very close to Time Square. The staff is okay. The room is small and no elegance in the furnishings or decor. Extremely small bathroom, the plastic toilet seat would break under a heavy person. On the plus side, this hotel has a samll empty refrigerator, a coffee pot with coffee packets, cream , sugar, etc. , Also a coffee station in the lobby and fresh cookies in the afternoon.
