| I will use this hotel regularly from here on out. Very easy check in process late at night and the cleanliness of room was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, plenty to chose from and the coffee was fresh!

| Stayed a weekend with 4 kids. Overall place was OK. The pool had turned green due to a pump problem but health inspector was there when we were and OK'd it to swim in. Front desk people were very helpful all weekend. Was disappointed with the continental breakfast, but Breezewood is loaded with places to eat. Overall stay was fine; would recommend if you have kids that need to unwind-pool is open till midnight!

| I supposed I'm spoiled because I typically stay at higher class hotels since they are closer to the convention center I am staying. I stayed at this hotel for 1 night as a halfway point since the trip was long. It was simply a place to crash and it did provide that. There weren't many ammenities, but they weren't really needed. It was clean and checkin was relatively easy.

| When we were there, it looked as if they mught be doing some renovations. Our two major problems were the lack of hotel towels (had to use the same ones for pool and shower) and there was no hot water for our shower (kinda important in my book!!) For a quick overnight/get off the road while you are on your way someplace, it's a nice enough place to stop.

| With a group of about 15, we arrived late in the evening, exhausted and ready to rest. At all other hotels, our group was met with hospitality and gratitude that we chose their hotel. However, when I walked in and shared that we had a group reservation, I was "greeted" by a young woman's dirty look. It was all downhill, as she and the manager showed me the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They were defensive, inflexible, and treated me with the utmost disrespect. I was stunned by their attitudes, which made our checkin process much more difficult than necessary. Their impatience persisted as we tried to pay and asked for rollaway beds. Although we had reserved rollaways ahead of time, they were not set aside for us. The young clerk continued to sigh loudly with impatience and took a very biting tone if I dared to ask a question. The hotel rooms were clean enough, but a bit shabby. I felt like I was staying in a cheap trucker's motel. The continental breakfast was mediocre. I suggest you take advantage of one of the other hotels at this crossroads in Breezewood. This was definitely not worth our money or time, and we were all disappointed with their complete lack of courtesy.

| Overall good experience. Enjoyed the convenience of in house bar and restaurant. The biggest plus was the indoor heated pool open until midnight. This is a big plus for travellers like us who typically check in at night and often travel with grandchildren. The pool being available at 10:00 PM gave them a treat after sitting in the van for hours!
