| It was good enough for a one-night stay. The other people staying near our room would be my only complaint (noisy neighbors at midnight-2am outside our room, and we went to the car in the morning to find someone had threw some sort of soda all over it - it was a rental anyhow so i didn't really care). We also got lost on our drive to the hotel, and were unknowingly right down the street and when we called for directions they said they didn't know the area and to stop somewhere and ask for directions! Otherwise the stay was fine and served its purpose.

| Upon trying to check in, the hotel had made an error and they were not able to give us a nonsmoking room with double beds even though we had booked our room that way. When I asked to speak to a manager at 8:30 at night they said that he had already gone home. A hotel without a manager? Not quality. There was stains all over our shower curtain and it just was not that clean . Would not use that hotel again.

| The fascade of the hotel was very "motel"ish, but the staff was extremely accomodating. We had booked 2 double beds, but when we arrived, there was only a single queen. They were very nice and offered to switch our room the next day. The breakfast was very convenient, and the location was perfect if going to baseball games or the Inner Harbor area (only 1 exit on the highway)! Would definitely use again on future trips!

| I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and it was a very nice one. The hotel is well maintained and staff were extremely friendly. Provide free wireless internet and free shuttle service to downtown and airport(one-way only). I was in a rush when leaving and when I flew back to chicago I realized that I'd forgotten to return the cardkeys, but when I called them they didn't charge me at all and let me keep them. Very deep impression and strongly recommend to everyone visiting Baltimore area!

| Building and room setup remind of a motel but amenities are those of a hotel. Rooms are small but relatively clean. The staff seem helpful. They offer a shuttle service to downtown (it is 3-5 miles away, no public transport), it only operates within a short time window. We asked the front desk person to call a cab and the driver from the Blue Cab company had an alrtered meter (we were charged $20 while it cost $10-12 on other ocasions).

| The Quality Inn was easy to find and less than 3 miles from downtown. We were able to stay here for a fraction of what it costs to stay dowtown, with free parking. The hotel had a shuttle service that got us downtown, and one way cab fare was inexpensive. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were very clean. I'll be staying here again for future visits to Baltimore!

| the front desk was helpful. I had booked two rooms. They only had information on one, but were able to accomodate our needs. We stayed two nights. One room was not cleaned. The beds are short for a tall person and the pillows are small.

| The location is very convenient to downtown Baltimore. We were very satisfied - the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and there was a very nice complimentary breakfast available. Also, it was very economically priced. I will definitely stay at this property the next time I am in Baltimore and will recommend it to others.
