| Overall our stay at the Grand Hyatt was very enjoyable and quiet and if you don't mind being cooked medium rare slowly, definitely go. My only recommendation is if you do not enjoy 115 - 125 degree weather.... stay home. It was too hot to go outside to the pool, golf, or even shop (too bad for my wife, good for me). The pool was about 100 degrees and really did not cool us off. However, a big upside to the trip was the adult only pool with great drinks. Sure it was about a little spendy for a drink, but the Mai Tai's were worth it. Overall, we will definitely go back, because the service was exellent and the hotel was very clean, but will most likely come back in the winter.

| The Hyatt Grand Champions is one of the best resorts in the region - clean/comfortable rooms with a great pool/Jacuzzi amongst beautiful surroundings that are well maintained. The staff (including the concierge) is gracious, friendly and very eager to help. Visited this hotel on several occasions, most recently for 3 days/nights during the Coachella Music Festival. Although service at this hotel can be slow at times when the hotel is crowded, the food - including the lobster 'Cove' omelet - is well worth the wait. Be sure to request a room above the first floor and note that rooms facing the golf course are the quietest. The resort is good for families, but the 'no kids' Oasis pool/Jacuzzi is a welcome addition. Overall, this is a great hotel with wonderful amenities.

| Pool area was very dirty. Friday morning maintainence was there but did not to a good job picking up the trash left from the day before. Saturday morning was very disappointing. The pool area was not cleaned. Trash, food, pool toys, left everywhere. Adult pool seemed to look cleaner. Great pool area if it were clean. Great place for families.
