| The wallpaper in the room was coming off in several places, odor of room was like an old smell. Air conditioners leak water on the walk ways leading to the rooms, very unsafe. Housekeeping didn't want to give out extra towels, daughter was in pool everyday therefore requiring washing of hair. Was told three people in a room only needed 3 towels. Ask for an extra blanket, blanket was remove after 2nd day had to request another one. Food also needed improvement in taste.

| Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a family emergency and had to change my reservation and the hotel changed my reservation without any additional charges, even though the conditions of my booking didn't cover any changes. However, the condition of the hotel left much to be desired. There was water in the outdoor hallways due to leaking from the room air conditioners. Also, my room was supposed to be non-smoking, but the previous tenet had obviously smoked in the room.

| I stayed here with 3 of my children, the indoor pool saved me. I really enjoyed the staff and the rooms where great. The hot breakfest was a nice touch but the quality of the food was a little lacking, both at 7am and at 9am. But I do plan on staying there again.

| This hotel needs to refurbished. Carpets are stained, ceiling cracked and the elevator is shabby. One side of the hotel faces the noisey highway.
