| This was our last trip to St. Thomas and we chose to stay at this hotel. I felt it was a safe place to stay in case of a hurricane. We are retired and my husband is physically challenged but when we were younger this was our "playground". Our room was spacious and lovely.

| This hotel was great. The front desk was very helpful and the Adventure desk was awesome. Everyone did everything possible to help us enjoy our stay. Rent a car because taxis will break you. Food at the hotel was ok and expensive. Go to downtown for food.

| I was referred to this hotel from a friend. This place is AMAZING!!!! The views and sunsets have captivated my heart. My experience here with such beauty has made it a must return destination. With this hotel being my first experience on the island I was overwhelmed by its charm. I can not wait to return!!!! In fact my experience here was with up most satisfaction that it could prove to be an annual vacation spot, and quite possibly a prospect of home.

| I would absolutely recommend this hotel. We arrived to a clean room, with a goody bag. Make sure you bring $ for food and the TAXI!! Eat at Mafolie's if you want great food and your breath taken away by the view. Eat at Cuzzin's if you want to experience local dining and eat at Coco Joes, Sunset Grill, and have the breakfast if you plan on not leaving the hotel. Stay at Morningstar if you can. We were right on the beach with an amazing view. Avoid riding with taxi drivers who are not licensed. They are every where and will under cut the licensed drivers, but they are not insured, so be careful. Also the taxi drivers are know the best placed to go to eat. Visit the greenhouse for night life and lastly go to ST JOHN!! If you want calm clear water and white sand, go to Trunk Bay, it is a must see!!

| Large, beautiful hotel. Nice property w/nice beach. Ocean has waves, not the calm, "flat" water. Unless you plan to spend most of your time on the beach, I'd suggest staying in the main hotel, otherwise a hike and 97 stairs to the restaurants. Food is delicious but options are limited. Suggest all-inclusive plan unless content w/ deli food. There's a cheap ferry to town where restaurants are more reasonable, but last ferry back to hotel is at 5:00 pm and taxis are extremely expensive--fares are per person and not per destination.

| We loved the hotel, but there are a few things we wish we knew ahead of time. Parking is scarce so we were forced to park in a lot up a very steep hill. The restaurants were of average quality but they were way over priced. We averaged $100+ per meal (drinks, appetizer and entree) for lunch and dinner. The rooms at Morningstar were very nice and the staff was very gracious. Would stay here again, but would eat in town.

| Our room was ready when we arrived on island and it was more beautiful than we could have imagined. The Morning Star beach resort is well worth the extra dollars spent if you love the beach and ocean. The beach is just steps away, along with a casual restaurant overlooking the beach. The shuttle up to the Frenchmans Reef is convienent but the walk is manageable as well. All in all this hotel had it all and more. We will return!

| We stayed at the Morningstar Resort, and it was beautiful. From the moment we got there the staff was friendly, willing and helpful. We had a beach front view and were able to watch the cruise ships come in and out of port. Although the prices for food and transportation was not quite what we expected, we had a great time. The staff at the Adventure Center was also very helpful as far as things to do around the island (ie: nightlife, dinner, kayaking, snorkeling, etc.). Marriott Frenchman's Reef and Morningstar Beach Resort will absolutely see us again in the near furture. Can't wait to go back!!! Great memories...
