| A nice hotel, reasonably convenient location, everything worked fine, staff is helpful and friendly. Only significant complaint is the parking garage, which is very difficult to navigate, due to metal support beams and concrete pillars.

| We found the bi-lingual staff to be exemplary in their care of our family, and were patient and courteous with our various requests for directions around the city. The room was very comfortable, clean, and very well appointed. We found the on-site resteraunt a wonderful convenience, with an excellent menu selection. We were pleasantly surprised to find any number of resterants surrounding the hotel, and enjoyed the free summer Sunday concert series performed outdoors at the library across the street. As advertised, the hotel was within easy walking distance to Old Town. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

| No frills here, but we had no complaints, either. Our bathroom light went out the first night, and it was fixed immediately the next day. Clean, comfortable, standard motel rooms, a short walk to the old city. Good coffee shop right across the street.

| The hotel staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to provide information and guidance to us especially since we did not speak the language. They made our stay in Quebec very pleasant and inviting.

| Good, clean place. Parking can be tricky and hotel location is convenient for driving but a little off the place for walking to the more popular tourist sites.

| long walk to old city (even though it says only 10 minutes) and very tiring due to the fact that you have to walk uphill!!! If you have kids, he better to stay right in the old city. Hotel good, pool small, but nice, however location out of the way.

| The hotel is 10 minutes away from old town. But it you drive to the hotel, you don't have to worry about that. There are many nice restaurants. You can enjoy staying in Quebec city.

| very convenient location. daily parking at the underground garage for $9 is a good deal. Within walking distance to Old Town. friendly staff. Room facing the hotel restaurant is a bit noisy at morning. Otherwise it's been pleasure to stay at this hotel.
