This modest-size hotel and casino is located off Interstate 80 in Winnemucca, the high-desert hub of northern Nevada’s cowboy country. The 24-hour casino features slots, wheel of fortune, video poker, blackjack, and sports betting. The hotel’s restaurant and sports bar are also open around the clock. An outdoor pool is open in season, and the hotel has an arcade and game room. A convertible meeting space can accommodate groups of up to 80, with audio-visual equipment and catering available. Free newspapers are available in the lobby.

| The casino and coffee shop are nothing to write home about, but the hotel rooms are REALLY nice. Clean, spacious, well-decorated, and very comfortable beds. It's the place to stay when you're driving through Winnemucca.

| Our room had wear and tear not typical of other Red Lions that we had stayed in in the past. The room was showing signs of its age.
