| I have stayed at the Inn Suites Motel in Flagstaff several times over the past couple of years. The motel is an older facility that is along Old Route 66. I am certain that this motel was not originally an Inn Suites, but was purchased shortly prior to my first stay. At that time you could tell that it was an "old" motel, but they were making changes. Since then, nearly all the rooms have been renovated as well as the exteriors. The grounds have been improved as well. Pluses: The free breakfast is in a room that is large enough to accomodate a large group of people. High speed internet connection is available in all the rooms as well as a microwave, small coffee maker, small refrigerator, iron and ironing board. Most other motels of the same quality do not have all these items in the room, especially the iron and ironing board. Minuses: The tracks of a major rail line is on the opposite side of Route 66. The motel is situated on the side of a hill that during the winter months when there is snow and ice, it can be tricky coming down the hill. The motel is also along a curve in the highway and can be a little difficult getting in and out of. The wireless internet connection is only available near the lobby at this time. A suggestion has been submitted to make it available throughout the motel grounds.

| We opted for this hotel as it was advertised as a suite hotel. Since we were going to be there for 4-5 days we wanted some room and chairs/sofa to sit on for guests - as we were attending a family reunion. What we got was their 'petite suite' - basically a SMALL hotel room with a fridge/microwave on and under a small shelf outside the bathroom. In fact I have stayed in much larger hotel rooms and paid much less for the room. Room only had 4 hangers and despite requests for more, none arrived. Room had no towels when we arrived - appeared maid had not finished doing the room. Room recently redone and carpet tacks were sticking through several places. Did have a nice place for their free breakfast and it was hot. Also offered an evening get together in the same place, but we did not attend. Also to be noted (and not necessarily the hotels fault/control)that when you stay on Route 66 in Flagstaff be sure to ask if you are near the railroad tracks - we were kept awake by very loud train whistles every hour through each night we were there.

| We could not have been more disapointed in this hotel. The room was filthy and the furniture was torn and unconfortable. The hotel is also located across the street from the main rail road tracks in Flagstaff and trains are running on average every 15-20 minutes. If you decide to stay here, pack your sense of humor because this place is a joke.

| I found this to be a Nice Hotel to say in.... for the price. It's an old 70's hotel with visible patch work to the rooms. The floors are thin, so don't make the mistake of getting a ground level due to noise from above. Also, anytime water is turned on with in 3 or 4 rooms its very noisy. You can even here people turning on and of sinks and flushing toilets through the night. All in all, we got decent room and a decent price... for an older Hotel.

| The motel's office is the most impressive aspect of the Innsuites Hotel Flagstaff. The office is modern looking and attractively decorated. Unfortunately, the same can't be said of the rooms and remainder of the motel. The quality and condition of the rest of the motel suggest that it is an older building that has undergone a facelift in recent years. However, the rooms are still very basic with regard to furnishings and amenities. The wall heater is situated next to the front door, which results in no temperature control in the bedroom. The only ice machine is located across the parking lot in an older building that houses their "so-called" restaurant. The best feature of this motel is the DSL computer connection in each room. Having stayed in Flagstaff many times, I would recommend one of the hotels located along I-40 in western Flagstaff.

| We were very happy with the motel. We were given the ground floor as requested. The motel has the best free breakfast we have seen for motels. Variety of drinks, scrambled eggs, fresh yogurt, cereal, toast, fresh-made Belgian waffles. Roomy and clean. Very happy with accommodations.

| The area was nice but I paid extra for a suite but that is not what I got! The room was tiny and we were moved twice because the heaters didn't work. I would only stay here again if no other hotels were available.
