Quality Hotel on the Beach Amenities
This five-story hotel sits on a sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Beach towels and lounge chairs with beach umbrellas are complimentary. There’s an outdoor lap pool and a multilevel playground. The hotel also offers guest laundry facilities, a poolside bar, and 24-hour International House of Pancakes restaurant. Parasailing is available at the water-sports kiosk (surcharge).

An outdoor lap pool, water-sports kiosk, and multilevel playground are available for guest use. The 18-hole Belleview Biltmore golf course, designed by Donald Ross, is three miles from the hotel. Features
What to expect: A nautical theme, with surfboard, bowsain’s bells, and paddles welcomes guests to this family-oriented hotel. In the intimate lobby, brown-wicker chairs, padded sofas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and plenty of plants provide a comfortable conversation area. Amenity highlights: Guests can use the outdoor lap pool, complimentary pool towels and beach chairs, children’s playground, and guest laundry facilities. Insider tip: The Clearwater Marine Aquarium, two miles north of the hotel, is a nonprofit organization that rescues and rehabilitates marine mammals. Although many are released, others have become permanent residents of the aquarium. Guests can observe bottlenose dolphins, loggerhead sea turtles, river otters, stingrays, local fish, and coral reefs.
International House of Pancakes - Just off the lobby, IHOP is open 24 hours a day with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Tropix - This open-air tiki bar overlooking Clearwater Pass serves frozen daiquiris and margaritas poolside. Live island music plays on the large waterfront deck on weekends. There are two large outdoor TV sets.

| This hotel is fine if you are staying a night or two or aren't looking for a super nice hotel. The "beach" is just a little bit of sand on a canal-type waterway with an airstrip? across the canal. The rooms were okay .. door doesn't latch super well, have to check it often. TV stands are not in front of the beds or couch ... in the middle, so it is an inconvenient location. Staff was very nice. IHOP attached to restaurant. Walgreen's across the street in case you forgot something. Staff was very friendly.

| This hotel is in a great spot for a vacation. It is right on the beach and only a short walk from the pier as well as some fantastic restaurants.

| I am sure that this was the first of many stays at the Quality Hotel on the Beach. The entire family enjoyed the great location to all the stores, restaurants, the pool and the Beach. My husband and I were happy and relaxed, and our daughters were happy and safe. The staff was absolutely warm and totally professional, it was southern hospitality at it's best.

| This is a very nice little hotel! We had a room on the 5th floor with an ocean view. It was clean and quiet. The bathroom was a little small but we didn't care. Good service, great IHOP restaurant attached--within walking distance of other nice restaurants, especially Shells (fresh seafood) and a Walgreens and beach shops that had any necessity you might need for the beach or anything you might have forgotten. Room service and availability of other restaurants that deliver. So many nice beaches in close proximity!The front desk help was extremely nice and helpful--overall, would stay here again! FIVE STARS!!

| Hotel service was great - it was clean - ammenities were fine - but don't plan on quality beach time.. beach size is approx 25' x 100 ft - fine until the boaters are allowed to pull in and drop anchor in your swimming / play area. Was VERY disappointed in this - especially when boater's are so inconsiderate - anchors being thrown from a boat missed a child's head by about 2 ft !!!!

| This was an awesome location with a private beach. Though the beach was small, we did not have to deal with the crowds if we chose not to. The pool was wonderful, the music on the weekends was enjoyable and the nearby hotel had live music we were able to enjoy from our pool as well. The room was a nice size and very clean.

| My Husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at this hotel! It was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. I would recommend this place highly and I will be staying with them again!
