| The rooms were very nice with great beds and pillows, hair dryers, iron, and even bottled water. The bar was reasonably priced and great dirty martini's as well as chocolate martini's. The restaurant's food was excellent and reasonably priced, but one morning we waited for a half hour and never got our drink order so we left. The other days the service was good. They were not busy so I am not sure what was the problem. Exercise equipment was adequate. Parking was very convenient. Overall the staff was very gracious and helpful

| Hotel is very clean and located right in the middle of downtown Fargo, so you can walk around, at least in the summer. They also offer a free car service to certain area attractions, which is really nice and convenient. Overall, very nice place.

| Nice Beds, Down Pillows were a great surprise. The best? A free shuttle to the golf course, and then they picked me up when I was done! Great Staff, good downtown Fargo Location.

| I initially got to the hotel and was supposed to have a single room with a king sized bed. To my suprise my room had 2 single beds. I then tried to call a local restaurant and my phone did not work. The hotel did fix that quickly. The next day at 1:20 I decided to order room service that was supposed to be available until 2:00 pm, my call went to voice mail where I left my order and room #. After waiting over an hour and a half, with no return call, I decided to eat out. I really had no desire to venture out since there was about an inch of ice on the roads. Oh yeah, just for good measures when I got back to my room the key had been de-activated. So to say the least I was not very impressed. On a positive note the employees at the front desk were very nice.

| This is in need of renovation, more comfortable beads, better quality linen, but must of all, a better room care. There were dirty cloths in drawers of our room (from previous occupants?!), the bathroom curtain was moldy and this double occpancy room was set for one person (one shampoo, lotion, coffe set, etc). I forgot my medication in the bathroom, but in spite of calling the hotel twice, it was never returned to me. Good aspect of the hotel is its location (right downtown) and great complementary coffee. Is this enough to keep it going?
