| Handy location near subway exit downtown in safe, walkable neighbourhood. Huge flatscreen monitor with free INet. Staff all gracious, and helpful. We had medication that needed to be frozen, and they were very accommodating. I'm not sure the room had A/C which wasn't an issue for us since we were there in March, but you would probably want it in the summer -

| My room was very small. I barely had floor space on which to place my open suitcase.

| This is a typical small Japanese hotel room. Can't complain the room rate, considering the location - very close to Osaka's very busy Umeda district. Clean and comfortable room.
