| Not only does this hotel have all the perks of a fancy hotel with close driving to Woodfield Mall and shopping area, and O'Hare airport - but they welcome your dog! We took our black lab and had a great visit.

| I had been here many times in the past and loved it but this hotel is showing its age. Worn furnishings. Threadbare carpet. Uncomfortable furniture. The A/C blasts heavily and then shuts off...not comfortable. Air was stale. Room service never showed up. Upon complaint, the front desk was very concerned and we got "free" breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The waitress was very friendly.

| The hotel had many problems starting with plumbing, window was unlocked in my room, mold, furniture needed to be replaced especially the couch had stains, water was warm not hot, slow flushing toilet, cabinet doors broken, the person I travelled with had to move 3 times due to the issues above, cleaning staff could not be trusted. I will never recommend anyone to this hotel.
