| Comfort, cleanliness, and condition of the room were top notch. Continental breakfast was adequate. For business travelers, broadband service was pathetic. Almost useless. Speeds were slower than dial-up. 5 minutes to load up Yahoo's website. In today's world, high speed internet access is no longer a "service", it's an important part of a business traveler's stay. I had to leave the hotel and find a local Barnes and Nobles booksellers to get my work done. I came within inches of checking out to find another hotel with better broadband service. That's my major complaint. But it's important.

| This hotel was 100% clean, well managed and a welcome stay. The room is efficient and well designed. Based on this experience, I will definitely look at La Quinta as the preferred brand when traveling, both for leisure and business.

| Comfortable and clean...with essentials in room: broadband, iron, coffee/tea. Convenient to many major shops, highway, Universitites, and food-chains. Red Lobster next door. A better than average continental breakfast, included.

| This hotel was an excellent value. It is conveniently located between Durham and Chapel Hill, and is a newer, clean, very nice hotel. The breakfast in the lobby was fresh and offered a variety of healthy choices. The make-your-own waffles was a nice added touch!

| I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place to stay in the area. The staff is polite & helpful. The rooms are clean & the new beds very comfortable! Breakfast & indoor pool a real plus. New fruit salad at the breakfast bar was great! The only big minus . . . no business area with access to computors and internet!! If the hotel would add that, it would be perfect!
