| The hotel has really nice meeting facilities and very clean, comfortable rooms. Free bottled water is included in each room which is also a plus compared to most hotels that charge the additional amount.

| The hotel lobby and function facilities were nice. Our room was just ok. The room, especially the bedding, stunk of smoke. I've stayed in smoking rooms in the past and they weren't this bad. The iron didn't work. The light switches were hard to find.

| we were so dissapointed with the service as we arrived and they had no available room for us (with an infant). The receptionist was not too friendly either, I understand that the check in time is 3 pm but not all hotels are restricted for bending the rules especially we had booked the room in 2 weeks prior and travelling with an infant. We arrived at 11 AM and they made us wait for 2 hours before letting us rest after 5 hours driving. The room was clean except the beds were old (we could feel the springs touching our backs as we laid down). We could have left and lost the money if it weren't snowing hard outside. We were not the only one who complained that day, there were people dissapoined with the same reason as us. I don't think they deserve the 3 star hotel class.
