| We were looking for a family friendly hotel in the Mpls area. Though this seemed further out from the city and airport, we found it very convenient, lower in cost, and with bigger rooms. Only a quick drive on 494 to get around. Though not apparent when you enter, there are local strip stores all nearby - restaurants, supermarket, movies, etc. Several here have written about the attached indoor playground/park. It is clean and excellent. We have a 2 and 5 yr old -- they absolutely LOVED it. Even the parents had fun - it is really a fantastic asset for an extended stay. Entrance fee is $2 for hotel guests but well worth it. Pool was a lap pool and well maintained (and free for guests), but only mediocre for kids to enjoy since it is all 3-4 ft deep. There is a workout area and track as well. Service staff was very friendly. Breakfasts and receptions were quite good and saved real $$$. Open PC for guest use is handy. Hotel as a whole quite clean. A guest had left a full milk container in our room behind the sofa which caused an initial funky smell. Not much was done to help us get rid of the odor, but luckily it dissipated in a day or so. Still more action would have been nice (like a good rug cleaning). Stil - I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for young families. Glad we stayed here.

| Excellent for family vacation, movie house not too far away, Galeria mall is nearby and if you like Cheesecake factory or PF chang ther also within a striking distance. Great breakfast which by the way is complimentary. Rooms are wired for both wire and not so wired free internet access, so check it out if you are in town for bussiness engagement.
