| As I stepped in the room I knew it was not a great hotel. The dressers had paint peeling from them and the room felt dirty. I almost left but I was only staying for two nights so I figured it was not worth the hassle. The last night I was there I turned on the light and I saw a roach by the bed. I know florida has bugs but there is suppose to be spray to kill those things.

| When we initially checked in we got a great room, excellent bed, 2 air conditioners, and a 23rd floor view of the river. BUT, it was a not smoking room. We switched rooms to try to find something a little more bearable and finally took the 3rd room simply because we didn't want to lug our thing to yet another room. The quality of the smoking room were sub-standard. Extra-firm matress, a single air conditioner, thread-bare and saggy furiture in the seating area. It was probably one of the worst experinces I've had with a hotel
