| The hotel appears nice but a bit ordinary from the outside, but step inside to see the nice decor and feel the friendliness of the staff. There is a coffee bar available 24hrs; a popcorn cart for the afternoons and if you arrive at the right time warm cookies at the front desk. Rooms are large and nicely furnished with microwave, refrig, TV and wireless internet service. There is a continental breakfast in the morning, however, if you wait too long the crowd of people are greater than the number of tables in the breakfast area. We had friendly service at check in and check-out on the week-end, however, there was only one staff member to check-in; solve plumbing problems for guests(literally)and answer the phone. I observed this at other hotels on our trip and fault management for their penny pinching at the guests expense and putting too great a burden on their employees. This was a great hotel to stay on our last night of vacation before returning home.

| We have stayed here in the past years and the place needs to be updated. The hotel staff at night wasn't helpful. The day staff did clean the room well or replenish items. We came back at 2:00PM and the room wasn't made up and the person asked if we wanted it made up. The Breakfast is good and plentiful and is a plus.

| The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was very large and clean. The hotel was very convenient to the mall and resturants. This hotel is not down town Boise, but conviently close to it.

| This was our second time to stay in the hotel, so we obviously enjoy it. The breakfast is very nice (although the eating area can get quite crowded), the service is good, and the location is excellent. Our only complaint was that the housekeeping was only so-so.

| Cleanliness of my room was excellant. Cleanliness of breakfast area was subpar, and although I realize a large soccer group was staying at the hotel, much of the breakfast items needed to be replaced. Also saw towels from pool area in hallways on floor.

| Great hotel, with all major services very close by on Milwaukee. Room was nice size with small kitchen. Nice big pool. Shower head had massaging option, very good!!! Breakfast was almost a banquet. Plenty of food to make anyone satisfied.A few marks on the carpet of my room, nothing major, however, they were large enough to be noticed.
