| I stayed at this hotel for about 10 nights and was really impressed with what I got here for a modest rate. The customer service was outstanding. The room was spacious, comfortable and well organized for an extended stay. The free high-speed internet access via both cable and wireless was a great perk for a business traveler. I brought my dog with me and they were terrifically dog-friendly, e.g., gave her dog biscuits at the counter and came around to pet her. I liked the executive desk and chair in the business-oriented "TCB Suite" but moved to a regular suite where I preferred having the couch instead.

| The room was acceptable. Nothing special. A reasonable value for the price. The breakfast food was just OK compared to other hotels in the area that offer a free breakfast. I'll stay elsewhere on my next trip. If there were no rooms available in the vicinity, I'd stay here again. This just wouldn't be my first choice.

| When I booked the hotel room I made it sure that it was a non-smoking room coz my daugther has asthma and it is always triggered by smoking odor. When we got to Sacramento I called the hotel and confirmed the reservation and also found out that they had no non-smoking room availabe for me. I called expedia and complain but they both said that it was only a request and it is not a guarantee to have one. The thing is when I booked the room I had a choice between smoking and non-smoking room. I freaked out more when I learned that my friend got a nonsmoking room who only reserve a day before we both got there, although my friend ended up in the different hotel because they were overbook.
