| Was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Had problems with the original room I reserved and then when my second room was requested as a 2 doubles I rec'd a King and was also promised a certain rate which wasn't honored and turned out to be almost double.

| The hotel was very nice, excellent views of the city from the rooms (request a high floor - up to 30). The only problem we had was a very loud alarm clock going off in the next room (which was empty) early one morning. The staff were prompt in coming up when we called the front desk. Great experience overall!

| the seens from you room window are beautiful especially in the even, i truely enjoyed my stay, as well did my girlfriend, relaxed atomosphere in the city, nice work out room, and a truly elligant style.

| This hotel is a good place to stay. The only down side is that it is in downtown Des Moines without a great deal of interesting things to do if you have some time on your hands.
