| Stayed one night and I can't say I have any complaints. Gets the job done. Has a breakfast in the morning but seating is somewhat limited.

| We liked this place but next time we plan to find a place with a suite so we can have a separate room for our kids to sleep. The complimentary continental breakfast is very nice and well stocked. The pool is relaxing but we didn't have time to use it.

| Overall, this hotel is pretty basic. Rooms are average size, while noise levels can be a little overbearing. The hotel does have an outdoor pool which contributes highly to the noise issue. If you're looking to save a buck and are only interested in average, then this hotel is for you.

| Its was an ok room, the matteress was a little thin, the pillows a little flat. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling and looked really bad. No microwave or fridge. For an overland park hotel I expected a little more.

| This is a clean hotel with helpful staff. Access to I435, can get anywhere around Kansas City. Plan to make this our staying place when going to Kansas City, which is 4-5 times a year. Very comforatable wth this hotel.

| It's in a very good location, it's whats you would expect for the money. Only one problem the overnight gal was very rude. Other than that I would stay again.

| A simple clean hotel. Good value for the money. Quick responce to any of my needs. Only down part was on my check out day(which was a Sunday) housekeeping came around before 9am, I told them I was not ready & then they came around again at a little after 10am. That anoyed me because I thought because I was checking out they would wait til at least 11am (which is check out time). Other than that everything was great. I will probably stay there again.

| Little hard to find, but front desk guy was very helpful when we called. Good check in, offered yummy cookies at front desk! Pleasant, clean rooms, nice pool, great cont. breakfast. If noise keeps you awake-request room away from highway-I had to wear ear plugs due to highway noise-but otherwise great stay! Have reservations to stay again.
