| This hotel is a great place to stay. I had absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The only sort of discomfort I had was when I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my car when I gave my ticket to the valet. It was a very busy weekend in Atlanta, and there was a wedding at the hotel so it caused the cars to get a little backed up, but besides that, it was fine. I'd definitely stay there again. And when I told the manager about waiting for my car, I was refunded my valet charges. Great Hotel!!!!

| Overall it was a very good hotel. Th rooms were small but clean. My room was a bit musty smelling, probably just needs a good airing out. The lobby was always very busy but the staff were fantastic. The food was way overpriced though!

| The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. There's no mini fridge - that's my only complaint! Well other than the valet parking - it was too slow - they keep the valet cars in the same parking lot as self park so they have to wait in the same line to get in and out!

| The service at this hotel is GREAT. The staff was very polite, and wanted to help. Its hard to find that these days. The rooms are small, but beds are very comfortable. Everything was pretty clean in our room. No major problems, very nice stay.

| This Sheraton is one of two in the heart of Atlanta (the other in Midtown). My daughter and I have stayed here every year for the past 6 for a weekend Atlanta Braves outing. The hotel is very comfortable, with a courteous staff, excellent indoor pool (which has a retractable roof covering), well done mid level hotel rooms at a reasonable price. The formal restaurant is very good but not gourmet. There is a nice breakfast restaurant with standard buffet, and coffee shop (Starbucks coffee, pastries, fruit, etc). The fitness center is well equipped, although the wieght machines are limited. There is free internet access in the lobby. The real attraction for this hotel is it's central location to downtown Atlanta sites. It's a short walk through a covered connector bridge from a MARTA stop, and the trip from the airport MARTA is an easy 20 minutes. The Sheraton is a 5 minute walk to Georgia Aquarium/Centennial Park, 15 minute walk to Underground Atlanta, 20 minute walk to the Georgia Dome, and 35 minute (1.5 miles)walk or short taxi ride to Turner Field. There are several good, (not great) restaurants in this immediate area (e.g. Hard Rock Cafe). There are several missions/homeless shelter 2 blocks north, and I would recommend avoiding this area, especially alone or at night (but this is probably good advice for most of downtown Atlanta....the homeless population agressively panhandle). Overall, highly recommended hotel, and I will return next summer.

| At check in only one of the two reserved rooms available put all of our stuff in that room. Advised to return later to get other room. Returned two hours later and they had given room away. Did accomidate us by moving both rooms to the 11 th floor to be closer together. Air not working in one room informed front desk said they would send someone but I never saw anyone. Room was O.K. to sleep in but still warm.

| The hotel was terrific for a weekend in the city. It's in a good location for walking or a short cab ride to main attractions. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Skip Fandangles restaurant -- Overpriced mediocre to bad food.
