| If you are looking for a deluxe hotel/motel, then this is not the place for you. If you want something that is great in price, service, and location then this is it. I had a problem with the room A.C unit I was in, and they moved me instantly to another unit! The customer service reps at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. The pool is large and clean. There were plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. Go to the Swigwam Beach Bar! They have the friendliest bartenders (Mary you are the best!)in St. Pete Beach!!!! Live music seems to be played all the time. Hotel rooms were clean and housekeeping was very courteous and helpful to any needs that I had.

| Long story short, there was a giant cockroach in the room and it took them 6 hours to do anything about it. Not to mention, they were rude and acted as though we were the one's inconveniencing them.

| This is definitely an old hotel that doesn't have a ton on modern ammenities, but I still recommend it. I stayed there two years in a row and noticed improvement from one year to the next. Don't go there expecting high class, but if you need a cheap (and not sleazy) place to stay with a big and clean room, I suggest this hotel.

| Hotel has very nice location. Swimming pool is very clean and the staff is very pleasant. Outside of hotel is very intertaining. Convenient location. Easy access to everything.

| If you are looking for a place to put down your luggage and have a home base so to speak to shower and sleep then this is a great hotel for the price. Its a no frills, very clean and cheap place to enjoy St. Pete Beach.

| We love St.Pete Beach, this hotel is located right on the beach, for the price you can't beat the location. Beach bar located on the property music until around 11:30 p.m., usually would bother me, but I enjoyed it, it was my vaction!! Staff was friendly. Rooms were hot, air conditioning didn't work well. Shells was nice to eat at and also try Cabana's located by GiGi's in Treasure Island, and also would recommend GiGi's excellant italian food!!

| This is not a fancy hotel, but it is a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful the entire time. We will definitely go back!

| If you don't need the fancy room with all the extras and all you are looking for is a place to stow your stuff, sleep, and shower then this would probably suit you. You are on the beach and you have a pool. You are within walking distance to everything you need.

| After reading the reviews, I was kind of skeptical about this hotel. Needless to say, it was two weeks before vacation and I still hadn't booked a hotel. For the most part, I got this hotel because I needed a place to stay for one night and didn't want to pay an arm and a leg. I didn't know what to think when I showed up, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and came with mini-fridge, microwave, and plenty of towels. The staff was professional and helpful. Beach was very nice and had a live band. I would stay again next time I travel to St. Pete. Bottom line "Good hotel, best price on the beach".
