| The hotel was convenient to all shopping, restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Best of all, coffee was available in the lobby, 24/7!!

| Being a Radisson Hotel, I was very disappointed in this hotel. The bathroom ceiling had water leakage problems and part of the ceiling was hanging down. The TV remote didn't work properly. In a smoking room, there were no ashtrays. The morning of our second day, no clean bath towels or face cloths were in our room from the previous day's cleaning. The mattress was very, very hard and lumpy. The pillows were the size of a travel pillow. We had to go out and purchase our own new pillows because we were staying more than one night. I definitely would not stay at this hotel again. Very Disappointed for the price we had to pay per night!

| The rooms are small. The forced hot air heating unit was noisy and just couldn't get to a comfortable range -- either too hot or too cold -- and always too dry.

| Good value at Expedia price; rooms not huge, bathrooms cramped, but overall good.

| Nice and clean room, which is all I care about. However, next morning the cleaning staff tried to open our door while we were still inside!

| From the outside, I was impressed with the appearance and landscaping. Once inside, the hotel was stuffy and did not have a pleasant smell. Service at the front desk was not impressive. If I can find another hotel close by, I will not stay there again.

| Pretty generic, but clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was average at best, though. Service (except in the bar) was outstanding, though.

| We selected this hotel for two reasons. It's proximity to Bridgewater, MA and the fact it had an indoor pool. Plus I have stayed in other Radissons before and have been extremely satisfied. This hotel was a Holiday Inn with the Radisson name and price. It was no better than a Super 8. When we checked in, we went to the pool. The water was extremely cool. The hot tub was cold as well. When I inquired about this to the desk staff they said the heater was broken and wouldn't be repaired until Monday. It didn't seem to concern them at all that we were inconvenienced. I probably should have negotiated a rate reduction, but I had better things to do.
