| The lobby, service and amenities were great. The room was drab, dark, out of date, and uncomfortable. We expected better. Bed was uncomfortable and room needs serious updating. Will definitely NOT stay there again.

| Hotel is located right downtown. Easy walk to the 16th Street Mall area, and convenient access to I-25 via 20th Street exit. Room was very large. The sofabed in the living/kitchenette area could have been more comfortable, but wasn't bad. It was one of the older style sleeper sofas with the thin mattress. The free breakfast was WONDERFUL! Great place to stay.
