| They sold my 2 month old pre-paid 4 day reservation room to someone that was only staying 2 days. It took ALOT of conversation to get the room I reserved. The pool was not working, with no pre-warning. The bathroom lights stopped working on the second night and they were actually rude when we asked for someone to fix it. "No one here on the weekend". Pretty unnacceptable service for what I thought was a decent motel chain.

| Deming is a small town but the hotel location was very convenient for my needs.
