| Two room suite was clean and roomy. There were two extra areas with a sink and mirror, for ease in more people getting ready at the same time. Took awhile to check in, about 15 minutes, as it was busy. Only problem was that the sounds bounce around since the middle of the hotel is open all 9 floors to sounds below. Took awhile to get an elevator at times, since there was a large reunion all the time we were there, and a wedding.

| Overall it was good. All the rooms were booked which led to overcrowding in the pool and in the breakfast line. The pool was too small for the number of families staying there and hoping to use it. The staff did a competent job of handling the extremely busy complimentary breakfast rush. The choices were numerous and the taste was excellent. As we stayed four nights, our room given a quick cleaning each day. That would have been just fine if they had actually gotten the used coffee cups clean. Two days in a row, the cups were still sticky after the room was cleaned. Lucky for me, there were four cups to choose from! The linens were changed as requested and all the other services were as they should be. My husband and I would stay there again, but not with our entire family (children and grandchildren) as the pool was just not as available as we had hoped and the seating for breakfast was difficult for our size group.

| We had a really good time here because of the service. The cleaning ladies were real good doing their job and have everything we need for our stay every day, like number of towells and extra sheets for the sofa bed (in other hotels we have to call every day for missing lynens. The waitresses and chef at the breakfast were excellent and friendly, and they were bilingual. The hotel doesn't look new but it is in good condition and the service was awesome.

| Hotel is somewhat dated, but offers a fabulous breakfast, great location for shopping, and the price is very reasonable for the area.

| An inviting atrium, nicely decorated for the Holidays, was the perfect backdrop for a "Manager's reception" that I especially enjoyed upon my arrival at the hotel after spending hours in snow-clogged traffic. The next morning I savored a cooked to order full breakfast in a delightful dining area that was surrounded by festive trees, live greens and a waterfall. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed my view of the winter snowfall.

| This place definitely makes a traveler feel at home. The open atrium has an indoor waterfall. Rooms have living area with a dining table, couch, TV, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator. The bedroom has its own TV! The complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome. One complaint: The pillows were too thick! Hotel pillows are notoriously flat. Not so here. They were so plump as to be uncomfortable. Bring your own pillows.
