| Surprisingly, this is one fo the cheaper hotels in Fairbanks. It is also one of the nicest. Try and stay in the taller of the two towers. I stay there every time I go to Fairbanks.

| Nice breakfast service. Good food... esp. for Fairbanks! Prices typical for area. Staff pretty helpful. First hotel I've stayed at where you have to key in to the elevator to use it. Inconvenience v. security... Conference rooms were too small for the needs of the conference. Gold room smelled of smokers, no matter how much mask. Wait staff could use some lessons in banquet ettiquete... but, we're in Fairbanks, afterall.

| This is a very nice hotel. The only thing we did not like was that it does not have a pool or jacuzzi. Otherwise, we were very pleased.

| Undoubtly, the best place to stay in Fairbanks from everything else we saw. New, clean, very nice rooms. Restaurants had excellent food and service. Would definitely stay here again.

| The Westmark was great. I think they've recently renovated, and the rooms are absolutely beautiful! My stay was very comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The price was right, too. So much was within mere walking distance from the Westmark-- I didn't have to spend much on transportation.

| Realize that Fairbanks is rather Spartan by lower 48 big city standards. The Fairbanks looks rather plain from the outside, but the rooms are quite nice. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is good. A small bar downstairs is a nice place to stop in for a nightcap (if night ever comes). I was all around very pleased and at expedia prices, this place is a terrific bargain.

| very courteous staff. Arranged room service for me as I was too tired to wait for a light snack from the dining room. Dining room only serves large meals until 10 pm weekends, light bar menu available after 10. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious.
