| Recently refurbished, the new 300 count linens are wonderful. My only issue was there was food in the refrigerator from a previous guest. Made me wonder how well the room had really been cleaned. This hotel is in a very quiet area - no traffic noise. Very restful. I have stayed in this hotel many times. I was disappointed they no longer accept pets but when I saw the new furnishings, I understood why. They are very nice.

| I had a 5 Day trip were I needed to have Internet Access at all hours. The Internet portal was fast & efficient and the 2 room suite facilitated the working after hours scenario.

| The hotel is very nice. The only improvements that I think are needed is the following. Clean spots on carpet in rooms. Carpet in halls are very nice. They need to have the popcorn ceilings removed. I love that they have refrigerators in every room.

| Although we only stayed one evening, the staff were very helpful in directing us to our activities in Chicago. Without traffic, O'Hare was only 20 minutes away, downtown about 25 minutes. Compared to prices and minimum stays of 2-3 nights closer to downtown, this was a great bargain for us.

| Located just off Butterfield Road (aka restaurant mania) and directly across from technical nirvana, Fry's, the Marriott has a great room layout for families. A separate sitting area with a couch (roll-out if you want) and plenty of room for the pack and play. Best: both the sitting area and king bedroom access the bath. Worst: no VCR/DVD for kids in the room - or even an access to hook one up.

| They are getting ready to update the decor. Hopefully they will get new mattresses as well. Overall the hotel was great. I really enjoyed having a shuttle available to transport me anywhere within a 5 mile radius. The pool and gym looked nice as well.
