| Hotel is located in a quiet area. Check in was uneventful and quick. Initially, booked a room with King size bed, was surprised to find a jacuzzi in the room, literally by the bed, along with mirrors surrounding the jacuzzi, and a large mirror as a headboard to the bed, could have done without the mirrors everywhere. Unfortunately, the bathroom/vanity floor area was soaked with water. Called the front desk, informed the person of the situation, immediately wanted to put us in another room but room(s) available were 2 queen bed room(s). I asked for extra towels to soak up the water. I was told that none were available. Moved to another room, there were no towels and bath soaps. They gave us foot towels till the next day.

| This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. It is so far from the Galleria that it shouldn't even be included in the name. It is set behind some buildings off of the road. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

| Typical motel/inn. Not what I expected for a property located on Westheimer near the Galleria. Neither quality of the inn nor the service were there. From 1-10, to me its a 1.

| This hotel is awful, would not recommend it to anyone. Unclean and unsanitary. I actually saw cockroaches in the room. Could not stand to be in there for more than a couple of minutes.

| The hotel is not situated in the best of place. I had a problem with the room as I had asked for a Non-Smoking room but the room I first got was smelling of smoke & the second room I got, was again smelling. I didnt want to change the room again as I had already shifted my luggage. The hotel management were friendly & the free breakfast offered was pretty decent. Rating of 3/5 is what I can give this hotel.

| The room was small and in poor condition. some appliances did not work, responsiveness from hotel staff was poor. overall, the price and value ratio is out or order. I would not recommend staying there.
