| Hotel is well appointed. Second time staying there. Was surprised to see mini-bars had been removed from all the rooms. Late night menu for room service is a plus for late night arrivals. Had a few disputes with room charges but was taken care of without a fuss. Car transportation available from the hotel 24-7. A plus for those exploring the city. Bathrooms in rooms are small and could use an update and a deep cleaning. Overall for the price, you can't beat the location and convenience of being in the heart of the city.

| My stay at the Hilton was just perfect. The hotel/room was very nice & clean. Added amenities of restaurant and YMCA were a plus. Most enjoyable was the courtyard area where you could sit and enjoy the evening breeze. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

| Hilton Charlotte City Center is a great place to stay in downtown Charlotte. Right from the start access is easy with friendly valet service. The staff greets you with a genuine smile and eagerness to make your stay pleasant. The hotel is connected to the "overstreet mall" which connects all the main downtown buildings. You can walk to any of them inside, in comfort and safety. The only downside to my room was the bathroom sink drained a little slow. Everything else was perfect.

| I'll start with the good points: The Hilton city center had the most comfortable bed. The room service was great. The hotel was in a good location. Central to all points in the Charlotte area. The bad points: The hotel needed a good cleaning. The bathroom floor was dirty with hairs on it. The tub stained. The carpet looked like it needed a good vacueming or replacement. The sun came through an opening in the broken hardware holding up the curtains every morning. The room with the king sized bed was tiny. No refrigerator. No drawers for clothing. The parking was not included in the price of the room. And, it was very pricey. We stayed for five days and I would not suggest a long term visit. One or two nights at the most.
