Very nice hotel, great location and clean design. The staff was very kindly and the room was great...outside looks as a condominium but inside is a little piece of elegant design..fireplace in the room and a cool pool on the roof. Just walk distance from Sunset and a few blocks from Sunset Streep.......great place to stay in west Hollywood!!!!!!...also with kids!!!!

I was very impressed to find a hotel of this quality nestled so nicely in the middle of West Hollywood. You are walking distance to clubs, nightlife, and other activities. The layout and amenities offered in the suites are superior.

I travel alot and don't mind paying when it it worth it. I thought the hotel was a little run down for what they are charging. People slamming doors in the hallways woke me up at least once a night. Also no coffee maker? They have a fireplace, and stovetop, but no coffee maker. That is a must for me. Also, be sure to check your room service bill. They over charged me both times.

This hotel is 2 blocks off the end of Sunset strip in a residential area, which is great because it's close to the action yet in a quiet neighborhood. The room, really a suite, was huge. Separate sunken living/wet bar area, separate bedroom, and a seperate dressing and bathroom! I had a 3rd floor room and the only downside was the view (looking over a neighbors backyard), but honestly, how much time do you spend staring out a hotel room window?

We stayed for 12 days on a business trip. The hotel was very nice and the people were kind. The only complaints were that every morning we ordered a pot of coffee and 3 cups and every morning we got a pot of coffee and 2 cups, so we had to send them down every day to get another cup. Also, our dressing area was not cleaned (pretty much on a daily basis as well as our washclothes were not replenished. We had to call for washclothes every night. The non smoking room as a little smokey smelling when we arrived and our dead bolt did not work, but they promptly fixed it. Enjoyed the neighborhood and the atmosphere of the hotel. Like I said...a few bumps, but nothing you couldn't live with.
