| The front desk service was very poor. The room was way too small and bathroom was not any better. You are lucky to have any room to move in the room because the dresser bed and table are right next to each other. If you are in desprate need of a place to stay then this is the last resort. Spend the extra money and stay someplace better. The neighborhood is not all that good either.

| If you like cramped quarters, mattress springs poking into your back, sheets so thin you can see through them and non-smoking rooms that are non-smoking in name only, then this is the hotel for you. For all others, I would not recommend this place. The air conditioner, TV and shower worked fine and the bedspread was pretty. However, there was no padding on the bed and I could clearly feel each and every spring in it. And yes, the sheets were so worn that you could see though parts of them. I saw the NO SMOKING sign on the TV but could smell the stale smoke in the room and see the cigarette burn marks in the carpet next to the bed. In my room, the dresser was on the right side of the bed, about a foot away, barely allowing room to walk between the two. ON the other side, against the bed, was a table and chair. There were people in and out of the hotel all night long, thank goodness, I brought my noise cancellation headphones and CD player! The hotel itself is relatively close to downtown and the bus system. The hotel offered free Internet access in the lobby (that and the cost were why I had chosen this hotel in the first place). On my second day there (out of 4), the owners changed it to a pay as you go machine. The hotel will not honor arrivals later than 2am even with credit card reservation, so be warned. I will not be using this hotel for my next visit to lovely Seattle.

| Old and not clean, double charge me - the guy was new didn't know what he's doing, the next day I had to talk to another person, this person said he was sorry and would void the charge...
