| We stayed at this hotel recently. I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews on Expedia. This resort was horrible. Our first room had obviously not been cleaned--trash in trash cans, dirt on floor, bathroom beyond disgusting!!!! We asked for another room - clerk was very nice. I cannot believe this is a Sheraton resort. This was probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

| Reserved 2 rooms for our family. Four children all < 8yrs old and they put us above a wedding party with loud music until 10PM. Then they cleaned until past midnight again with noise. One comforter had multiple urine stains and the othe with either dried food or vomit. No air conditioning in one room.Spoke with desk clerk that night and their response about a room change "can't help you."Spoke with manager next day. They said they would take care of it. Never heard any response back.

| The hot water in the shower was minimal at best.The Jetted Hot Tub at the pool was broken (stayed at 90 degress F)Continental breakfast and coffee in lobby was gone by 8:00 am every morning.Lock on back entry door, just outside our room, was broken and did not prevent access to unauthorized personnel.Requested Refrigerator and Microwave 1 month in advance of arrival. None was provided to our room eventhough friends in a different room that did not request these amenities in advance had them in their room.

| They only cleaned the room once throughout our weekend stay. The Jacuzzi was dirty and not operational.
