| This hotel is downtown very close to the Hard Rock Cafe and many other shopping and dinning places. The parking garage next to the hotel where you park, which is not owned by the hotel, was very dirty and not convienent especially with suitcases. When we check in we were given a room with two double beds insted of the king we requested. The clerk was rude and said that it was just a preferance request and she refused to give us a king bed room. When we got to the room it was very humid in the room ( the windows had water on the insides of them) we turned on the celing fan and left for dinner. When we returned the room was still very uncomfortable. My husband called the front desk and their response was "have you tried openning a window? There is also a box fan in the closet." Paint was also peeling from the window ledge. For a place as nice as Embassy usually is I was not impressed. The breakfast was very good with a large choice of items including made to order waffles and omletts. The breakfast staff was very warm and attentive also. The common areas were also very nicely kept.

| I love Embassy Suites because of the space! I love having a living area separate from the bedroom...makes it more comfortable and relaxing! Easy check in and check out and the breakfast was a great touch. The location, downtown Indy, can't be beat!

| This is a gorgeous hotel. We had a suite on the 15th floor that overlooked the city. The room had 2 full size beds, a pull-out couch, 2 televisions, refrigerator, and microwave. It was very clean and up-to-date. Our stay included a cook-to-order breakfast and breakfast buffet. All suites seem to be on the outside perimeter of the building. This leaves the lobby open all the way up to the skylights. Absolutely beautiful. The pool was on the small side, but it was heated, clean and the children had a great time. There was also a nice sized fitness room that my husband used. We were able to walk to Circle Center Mall using the skywalks. We will definitely be staying here again and I would recommend it to anyone.

| I liked this hotel. It is located in a good spot and I love the walkways that connect the hotel to the mall. The only thing I didn't like was the Hot tubs were very small.
