| Hotel appeared to be just "surfaced cleaned". How hard is it to clean the carpets or the elevator or the outside sidewalk next to the trash can? To someone who doesn't care about cleanliness, the hotel has a great view and convenient location.

| Hotel is in a great location to many things and a close taxi from Louisville. Condiction of the property is decent and clean enough. Not a 5 star but worth a quick stay

| the hotel was in a good location close to the river but the surrounding area was pretty run down. as we walked around the area there was a mixture of nice places and "dumps". inside the hotel there were helpful people and the cleanliness was fair.not a terrible place to stay but not in the top 3 on our vacation.

| I can't say it was anything to write home about. It was a room at a good price and I was only going to be their 1 night. They must have forgotten to clean under the sink area it was a little crusty the rest of the room was clean.

| Hotel is 4 miles to everything, Derby, airport, 4th street live etc. Good location. It has a bar inside, attached to a Hooter Restaurant and across from BuckHead Rest.
